About me
Hello! I'm Soundes Marzougui, a dedicated cryptographer and security expert. My academic journey led me to obtain a PhD from TU Berlin and a Master's degree from TU Darmstadt in Germany. It was during my time in Germany that I honed my expertise in cryptography and its secure implementation, gaining valuable experience in both academic and industrial settings.
My professional work has revolved around the secure integration of various NIST candidates into cryptographic libraries, specifically for the TLS protocol, which is vital for secure communications. I have delved into the intricate details of these candidates, assessing their resilience to both passive and active security threats. Notably, I have been part of pioneering teams that developed some of the first attacks on post-quantum cryptographic schemes, including Dilithium, FrodoKEM, and BLISS, contributing to the advancement of cryptographic security.
